1. Who is responsible for your personal data?

4. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

4.1. For what purpose do we process your data?

The data provided by you are necessary to be able to provide you with all the guarantees of the service requested, and will be processed for the following purposes: recording images for private surveillance and to guarantee the security of the centre.

4.2. How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for a maximum period of one month from the date of recording.

4.3. What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the legitimate interest of the entity in the surveillance and security of the facilities.

4.4. To whom will your data be disclosed?

Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless legally obliged to do so.

5.1. For what purpose do we process your personal data?

The data provided by you are necessary to be able to provide you with all the guarantees of the service requested, and will be processed for the following purposes: data management for commercial prospecting and sending commercial communications.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance of the contract concluded with us.

8. INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF RECORDED PRESENTATIONS

8.1. For what purpose do we process your data?

The data provided by you are necessary in order to be able to provide you with all the guarantees of the service requested, and will be processed for the following purposes: Management of the recorded images of lectures to include them in the online courses for training purposes.

8.2. How long will we keep your data?

The images can be viewed for one month by registered students, although they will be kept for as long as the interested party does not request their deletion.
